The delegation was led by Vice-Minister Cao Sinh, of Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) and included representatives from MPI, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA); Ministry of Finance; Vietnam Ireland Business Forum (VCCI);  National Financial Supervisory Commission (NFSC); National Centre for Socio-Economic Information and Forecasting (NCSEIF); and Ministry for Education and Training (MoET).  The programme included a meeting with Ireland’s Minister of State for Development Cooperation, Mr Peter Power.
